Oregon Commercial LLC is founded by Sam Fung, CCIM, an expert in commercial real estate since 1986 after approx. 15 years of practicing commercial real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area serving the Northern California market. Fung obtained his CCIM designation in 1989 after approximately three years in business, a difficult thing to do at that time. Fung was one of the twelve CCIMs in the year 1989 in San Francisco. Fung relocated to Southern Oregon in 2000 to practice what he knows best, bringing with him extreme knowledge, experience and expertise from a metro region to greater southern Oregon. Fung was the award recipient of the 2005 & 2006 Oregon-Regional Transaction of the Year Award, Oregon/SW Washington CCIM Chapter, recognizing Fung for outstanding contributions of integrity, perseverance and creativity within the commercial real estate industry
